They answered all my questions in a timely manner. The pump that failed in my Power washer and the one I ordered from this company were totally different. The person I was emailing assured me that their pump would fit my old power washer. I installed it and it worked perfect for the few minutes that I tested it. I am pleased that every thing worked out so I didn't have to purchase a new power washer. Model number 580.768324. I purchased this pump to replace the original pump. It will work just fine. You just need to purchase some 3.5" 10mm 1.5 bolts as the original bolts will be too short. Another thing you need to purchase is a 3/16 x 1.75" motor key. Measure the key to be sure of the size. Once a had the hardware it bolted right up.
