Originally, I was told via the web site that it would take 7 days to ship because it was coming from California. But it was shipped from Minnesota in just 3, same price. Can't complain! Works great! Presssure Washer Pump April 13, 2016 Reviewer: Mike Schons from Whittier, CA United States   After wasting over an hour with other sites, including the big name manufacturer, I finally went to PW outlet and it was like a miracle. Without speaking to anyone, I was pretty sure of what I was getting just by reading the page but when I DID contact PW the service was prompt, knowledgeable and professional AND they replied the second time back. Small quibble; I didn't get the solution fitting I was promised and no indication anywhere about when to change oil but who cares? It was great! Was this review helpful to you?

180 February 10, 2016 Reviewer: mike gray from Portsmouth, VA United States   I gave the part number off the old pump, I received a pump that was 180° out. It was for a front hook up , mine came out the back . so I removed the chem tanks and made it work, had to have it working. Was this review helpful to you?
