The right part with outstanding customer service! October 16, 2020 Reviewer: louis mitchener from como, NC United States   I reached out with questions about my broke down power washer, within minutes your team had sent me a schematic, helped me identify the part I needed and placed the order, 3000 miles and a few days later my part arrived and I once again have a good piece of equipment working around my farm here in NC. Thorough Customer service May 12, 2016 Reviewer: James Braswell from Hixson, TN United States   When I couldn't find the repair part number for the small (inexpensive) part I needed, I decided to email my need to Customer Service, really not expecting a reply based on experience from a couple of other sites. SURPRISE, I received a reply the next business day. The reply was courteous and pointed to the exact repair kit I needed, and it was only about half the price of the parts I found on some other sites. The kit was shipped the next day with complete shipping and tracking info. By far the best internet shopping experience I have ever had. I'll be back. Was this review helpful to you?
