I accidently broke the Garden Hose Pump Inlet fitting on my 8 year old Karcher Pressure Washer. PWOutlet had exactly the part I needed at a great price. I was not sure if the part would fit so customer service had me send photos of he pump to verify the fit. Check out was super easy and shipping was quite fast. Now my machine is up and running again. I looked for this part for mobths . I contacted many parts supply sights , manufacturer in United States, and the UK. , persons claiming they knew how I could get the part. NO Luvk. When power outlet said they had The part I did not believe them however as desperate as I was I ordered it. Knowing I would just line it up with the other 3 I ordered that did not work. I WAS WRONG. it did work. I am so grateful. I will keep power outlet contact info in a safe place as it is my go to place, Thank you power outlet
